At indiebeer, we strive to ensure your craft brews arrive in perfect condition, but we offer full support if your order is damaged or incorrect. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on shelf-stable items or documented shipping errors within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Report an Issue
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery if you receive damaged bottles, leaking cans, or the wrong selection of beers.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Email us clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping box with the label visible to expedite your claim process.
- 3.Secure Packaging
If a return is authorized for non-perishable merchandise, place the items back in their original protective dividers to prevent breakage during transit.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once we verify your claim, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement shipment at no extra cost.
