How do you ensure the beer stays fresh during transit?
We store all our indie brews in temperature-controlled environments and use sturdy, insulated packaging to protect the bottles and cans from light and heat during shipping.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer flat-rate shipping nationwide. Most orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Because our products contain alcohol, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to provide a valid ID and sign for the delivery as per legal requirements.
What is your policy on damaged or broken bottles?
While we pack with extreme care, accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact our support team within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Can I return beer if I change my mind?
Due to the perishable nature of food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns for beer once it has left our warehouse unless the product is defective.
